First of all, we must understand that the winding temperature exceeds the insulation withstand temperature and the insulation damage is one of the main reasons that cause dry-type transformers to not work properly. Therefore, the safe operation and service life of dry-type transformers depend largely on the dry-type Transformer winding insulation that is safe and reliable.
1. Temperature display system: Pt100 thermistor embedded in the low-voltage winding is used to measure the temperature change value and directly display the winding temperature of each phase (three-phase inspection and larger value display, and can record historical higher temperature), It can output the higher temperature with 4-20mA analog quantity. If it needs to be transmitted to the computer of the remote coiler (distance up to 1200m), it can be equipped with a computer interface, a transmitter, and more than 31 transformers that can be monitored at the same time. The system's over-temperature alarm and the trip can also be activated by the Pt100 thermal sensing resistor signal to roll the machine, further improving the reliability of the temperature control protection system.
2. Over-temperature alarm and trip: Collect the winding or core temperature signal through the PTC non-linear thermal temperature measuring resistor embedded in the low-voltage winding. When the dry-type transformer winding temperature continues to rise, if the temperature reaches 155°C, the system outputs an over-temperature alarm signal; if the temperature continues to rise to 170°C, the transformer can no longer continue to operate, and an over-temperature trip signal must be sent to the secondary protection circuit. Quickly trip the transformer.
3. Fan automatic control: The temperature signal is measured by Pt100 thermal temperature measuring resistor embedded in the hot place of low voltage winding. Dry-type transformer load increases the coil winding machine, the operating temperature rises, when the winding temperature reaches 110°C, the system automatically starts the fan to cool; when the winding temperature reaches 90°C, the system automatically stops the fan.
