How Does The Oil-Immersed Transformer Circuit Improve The Service Life?

When it comes to how to maintain the machine so that it can be used for a longer life, it has always been a problem for many users. There is always no deep understanding and research in this area. Today, the oil transformer supplier is going to talk to you about how maintenance can make the service life of oil-immersed transformer lines longer.

First of all, in order to ensure the service life of the oil-immersed transformer, the maintenance of the line must be stopped. The oil-immersed transformer manufacturer introduced: As long as the oil-immersed transformer circuit does not have any problems during operation, the operation and life of the transformer can be guaranteed. Let's take a look at the oil-immersed transformer line maintenance.

As for the main transformer of a workshop substation with a high-voltage side of 6 to 10KV, overcurrent maintenance with a time limit is usually installed. If the over-current maintenance action time is greater than 0.5 ~ 0.7s, the current quick-break maintenance should also be installed. Oil-immersed transformers with a capacity of 800KV · A and above and oil-immersed transformers with a workshop of 400KV · A and above shall be installed for gas maintenance according to the rules.

Hermetically Sealed Transformers

When several transformers with a capacity of 400KV · A and above are operated in parallel or in a single operation and used as a backup power source for other loads, overload maintenance should be installed according to the possible overload condition. Overload maintenance and gas maintenance act on signals when there are minor faults, while other maintenance, including gas maintenance, acts on trips when severe faults occur.

As for the main transformer of the plant's total step-down transformer substation with a high-voltage side of 35KV and above, overcurrent maintenance, current fast-break maintenance, and gas maintenance should also be installed. When there is a possibility of overload, it is also necessary to install overload maintenance. However, if the capacity of a single-run transformer is 10000KV · A and above and each of the parallel-run transformers has a capacity of 6300KV · A and above, a longitudinal differential maintenance is required to replace the current quick-break maintenance.
