Dry cast resin transformers have a certain humidity. Although dry-type transformers cannot enter water or get wet, dry-type transformers also have a certain ability to withstand humidity, so this ability is relatively powerful. What is the humidity tolerance of dry-type transformers? How should we understand it?

1. Dry Cast Resin Transformers Environment Standards

1.1 Installation site: In the room, no central air conditioning, no switching power supply, blinds and blinds exhaust system, with insect nets;

1.2 The average altitude of the installation address: less than 100 meters;

1.3 Outdoor maximum temperature: 39.8°C, low temperature: 5°C;

1.4 Annual average air humidity: 85%;

2. Dry Cast Resin Transformers Technical Standards

2.1 Transformer body: SGB10 series products, three-phase electric double-roller dry-type transformer, reference ratio: 10KV / 0.4KV;

2.2 Connection group identification: Dyn11, neutral point conductor on the bottom pressure side;

2.3 Water cooling method: fan water cooling;

2.4 Flame retardant grade: H (C) grade, maximum temperature: 125K (150K); limit temperature: 180°C (220°C); [Dry-type transformer GB6450-1986 Dry-type transformer temperature rise limit]

2.5 Flame retardant grade: Lightning shock resistance Working voltage (valley value): ≮75KV; 1 minute DC withstand voltage test (effective value): ≮35KV;

2.6 Actual operation mode of neutral point: immediate grounding device;

2.7 The service life of the transformer is higher than 30 years;

2.8 Under the large working temperature, the transformer can be overloaded in the closed and closed transformer cabinet for a long time; under the condition that the fan cooling system is intact and the external natural ventilation is excellent, the transformer can operate reliably under 120% load .

2.9 Waterproof, anti-fouling, anti-corrosion with strong three-proof work ability;

Working ability to put security funds into operation after dryness.

2.10 It has an excellent flame retardant grade and is not easy to ignite independently. In case of fire, it is not easy to cause harmful substances.

2.11 The transformer is of low-loss type, and the high-voltage and low-voltage electromagnetic coils are all made of T2 oxygen-free copper transmission lines (the ferrite core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled high-magnetic materials or amorphous alloy materials);

2.12 The heat pipe of this product has strong heat dissipation and high impact toughness.

2.13 Commodities include temperature control and temperature display equipment, real-time temperature monitoring sockets (the sockets are suitable for universal communication protocols) and transformer cabinets.

2.14 The operating noise of the transformer exceeds or is less than the current standard industry standard.

2.15 The busbar connection between the transformer cabinet and the high-voltage switch cabinet shall be in harmony with the transformer factory and the high-voltage switch cabinet factory, and the color of the casing should be the same.
