Model: SZ9-31500/110 large power transformer

S: Represents the number of phases as three phases

Z: stands for on-load voltage regulation

9: Represents the performance level of the 9 series

31500: represents the rated capacity (kVA)

110: represents the voltage level (kV)

(2) Rated capacity: refers to the maximum apparent power that the large power transformer can output under rated conditions, unit: S.

(3) Rated voltage: The rated voltage of the original winding refers to the normal working voltage value applied to the original winding, which is stipulated according to the insulation strength of the large power transformer and the allowable temperature rise. The rated voltage of the secondary winding refers to the guaranteed value of the secondary side line voltage after the primary winding is added with the rated voltage when the transformer is no-loaded.

(4) Rated current: refers to the line current allowed to pass through the winding when the transformer is working continuously.

(5) Connection group: According to the phase relationship between the primary and secondary windings of the transformer, the transformer windings are connected into various combinations.

(6) Cooling method (ONAN): Internal oil natural convection cooling method, which is commonly referred to as oil-immersed self-cooling. ONAN (oil-immersed self-cooling)

(7) Impedance voltage: also called short-circuit voltage, it refers to the voltage applied to the primary winding when the secondary winding is short-circuited and the rated current flows through the primary winding. Generally expressed as a percentage of the rated voltage.

(8) No-load loss: when the secondary winding of the large power transformer is open and the primary winding is applied with a rated voltage of a sinusoidal waveform at a rated frequency, the active power consumed.

(9) Load loss: when the secondary winding of the transformer is short-circuited (steady state), the active power consumed when the primary winding flows through the rated current.

(10) Insulation level: refers to the level at which the large power transformer can withstand various overvoltages during operation and the long-term maximum working voltage.
