Design of Cast Resin Type Transformer Room

Now in everyone's residential community, everyone will find that the basic construction of dry-type cast resin type transformer room will occur in the remote place of the house. There is a very large safety risk in the case of dry-type transformer operation. Therefore, the design scheme of dry-type transformer room must be safe. .

Computer room design

(1) The location of the dry-type transformer room should fully consider the air supply, exhaust system and smoke exhaust system of the dry-type cast resin type transformer group. If there is a standard time room, it is better to build it on the first floor. However, the cost of multi-storey construction is expensive, especially the first floor is generally used for opening to the outside world and is a golden area. Therefore, the computer room is generally built in the basement of the villa. Because the basement of the villa is not suitable for entry and exit, and the air circulation standard is not good, a series of unfavorable conditions are generated for the design plan of the computer room, which should be solved carefully when designing the plan. When choosing a location for a computer room, pay attention to the following aspects:

①It cannot be built in a house without walls around it, and it can be used to export the heating air pipeline and the oil fume exhaust pipe to the outdoors;

②As far as possible, avoid the main passage of the building, the facade of the main building, etc., to prevent the smoke exhaust system and the exhaust system from causing harm to it;

③ Pay attention to the harm of noise to the natural environment;

④ It should be close to the substation of the building, which is convenient for wiring, reduces electromagnetic energy consumption, and facilitates operation and management methods.

(2) Natural ventilation: The natural ventilation problem of the dry-type cast resin type transformer room is a problem that needs to be dealt with in the design of the machine room, especially when the machine room is located in the basement of the villa, otherwise it will immediately endanger the operation of the dry-type transformer group. The exhaust system of the generator set should generally be equipped with a heating pipe. It is not suitable for the heat pipe radiator of the dry-type transformer to dissipate the heat in the machine room, and then extract it by the exhaust fan. The computer room needs to be filled with sufficient fresh air system. When the dry-type transformer is in operation, the ventilation volume of the machine room should be equal to or more than the sum of the exhaust air volume required to ignite the dry-type transformer and the exhaust air volume required to maintain the indoor temperature of the machine room. The exhaust air volume required to maintain the indoor temperature is calculated by the above formula:

C=0.078PT in the formula C——the necessary exhaust air volume (m3/s);

P——Dry-type transformer high power (kW);

T——The temperature of the computer room (℃).

The exhaust air volume required to keep the dry-type cast resin type transformer ignited can be obtained from the generator set manufacturer. If there is no material, it can be calculated according to the output power per KW must be 0.1 m3/min (the output power of the dry-type transformer is based on the main dry-type transformer in the market. The power generation output power is 1.1 times the number of KW configuration). The natural ventilation of the dry-type transformer room generally adopts the exhaust system to set the heating air pipeline, and the air supply is the method of natural air supply. The heating pipe is connected with the heat pipe radiator of the dry-type transformer, and the connection is made of soft joints. The heating pipe should be vertical. If it is to turn, the turning radius of the road should be as large as possible and the interior should be smooth. Close to and directly opposite the heat pipe radiator. The air inlet and the vent should be arranged on both sides of the generator set to prevent cyclone short-circuit failure and endanger the actual effect of heat removal. The total area of the ventilation openings and air inlets of the equipment room shall meet the following requirements:

S1≥1.5s

S2≥1.8s where

S——Total area for heat removal of dry-type transformer;

S1——Total area of vents;

S2——The total area of the air inlet.

In severe cold areas, attention should be paid to the harm of the air intake and exhaust system to the temperature of the machine room, so as to prevent the operation of the generator set from being too low in the temperature of the machine room. An intake valve can be set at the junction between the air outlet and the outdoors, which is usually closed, and should be automatically opened when the generator set is operating.

(3) Smoke exhaust system The function of the exhaust system is to release the industrial exhaust gas in the cylinder to the outdoors. The exhaust system should try to avoid the condensing type, because the increase of the frictional resistance of organic exhaust gas may cause the reduction of the load rate of the dry-type transformer in the market and the increase of the temperature rise. There are two common ways of laying exhaust pipes:

①Horizontal empty frame laying, the advantage is less turning and frictional resistance, the disadvantage is that the heating capacity in the room is increased, so that the temperature of the computer room rises;

②The advantage of laying in the trench is that the heating capacity in the room is small, but the disadvantage is that the exhaust pipes have many turns and the frictional resistance is relatively large. In the basement of the villa, it is common to lay horizontal empty shelves. The exhaust and exhaust pipes should be led out independently, and bends should be avoided as much as possible. The temperature of the fume exhaust system is 350-550°C. In order to avoid burns and reduce heat radiation, the oil fume exhaust pipe should be insulated and insulated. The noise of the exhaust system is an obvious one in the total noise of the generator set, and a muffler should be installed to reduce the noise.

(4) The basic basic key is used to support all the net weights of the dry-type transformer set and the base. The base is located on the base, the generator set is installed on the base, and shock absorption measures are generally adopted on the base. Dry-type transformer sets are generally used in multi-storey buildings. When the generator set is installed on the concrete floor, that is, there is no ground floor, the heavy concrete base is not used, in order to prevent the base from being too heavy and increasing the load of the concrete floor. When the generator set is located on the ground floor of the building, the concrete base shall be set according to the regulations of the generator set. The bottom corner screw can be pre-embedded, and it can also be installed with a hand electric drill after the generator set arrives.

(5) Grounding device of machine room Three kinds of grounding devices are generally used in dry-type transformer room:

①Operate the grounding device during work, and the neutral point of the dry-type transformer is grounded;

② Grounding protection, the grounding device of the plastic shell of all electrical equipment that is normally not energized;

③Antistatic grounding device, machinery equipment and pipeline grounding device of gasoline and diesel system software. Various grounding devices can be used in the same grounding system as other grounding devices in multi-storey buildings, that is, the cooperative grounding device method is selected.

(6) The gasoline and diesel oil storage room needs to set a 3-8h daily car fuel tank, and its capacity can be calculated by pressing: V=G•γ•A•τIn the formula:

V—Volume of daily fuel tank (m3);

G—The amount of gasoline and diesel used in dry-type transformers (kg/h) is checked out from the sample;

γ—gasoline and diesel medium and heavy (kg/m3), light is 810~860kg/m3; A—automotive fuel tank filling index, generally 0.90;

τ—The provided oil time, generally 3 to 8 hours.

The above is the design plan of the dry-type cast resin type transformer room. When the machine room is built in a multi-storey building, the daily car fuel tank should be set up in a special room, separated from the dry-type transformer by a server firewall.
