Class H Epoxy Resin Encapsulated Transformer

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, my country introduced foreign epoxy resin encapsulated transformer technology. The imported dry-type transformer technology is basically epoxy resin casting transformer technology, which mainly includes: thick layer filled epoxy resin casting, thin layer Filled epoxy resin casting, thin layer epoxy resin casting without filler and a small amount of winding resin encapsulation technology. After digesting and absorbing the above-mentioned imported technologies, some domestic enterprises make them develop day by day. But these technologies are basically the production technology of ordinary B-class insulation or F-class insulation products. At the same time, there was a swarming phenomenon during the introduction, which focused on equipment and neglected technology, resulting in high investment and production costs and unstable technology. The dry-type transformer product developed in this project is H-class epoxy resin encapsulated transformer. This product adopts epoxy resin modified by molecular grafting, and is filled with combined fillers to fully seal and cast the coil of the transformer. The adoption of this new material and new process overcomes the shortcomings of the original pure resin cast transformer and traditional cast transformer with filler, such as low yield and easy cracking, and makes the process level of epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer reach the international advanced level. The transformer is reliable in operation, has good weather resistance and strong overload capacity, and realizes less-maintenance operation in the true sense. The epoxy resin encapsulated transformer developed this time has a heat resistance grade of H, which can only be achieved by using high filler ratio epoxy resin casting. Other dry transformer manufacturers in China do not have high filler ratio epoxy resin casting technology and process equipment, and cannot reach H grade. At the same time, the high filler is cheaper than epoxy resin, which makes the product more competitive. Using epoxy vacuum surface casting process, the surface of the product is as smooth as a mirror without any treatment. A dense resin layer on the surface makes the product have good weather resistance. Other domestic transformer manufacturers generally have to polish and paint the surface, which has low work efficiency and poor appearance and weather resistance. The rest of the domestic dry transformer manufacturers use enameled wires for the wires, which is expensive, and due to the existence of the paint film, when the product is burned, it will produce toxic gases. According to German experts, their advanced nature is also at the leading level in Germany. Application promotion situation: In the past ten years, the market capacity of domestic dry-type transformers has increased dramatically. In the early 1990s, the output of dry-type transformers in my country was 5 million KVA. By 1999, it reached 10 million KVA, with an annual growth rate of 7.5%. It nearly doubled in ten years, accounting for about 10% of the distribution transformer industry. 20%. In 2001, the output of dry-type transformers reached 15.85 million KVA. In developed countries abroad, dry-type transformers accounted for about 50% of the entire distribution transformers. It can be predicted that the market for epoxy resin encapsulated transformer in my country will have a large room for development. In the next 10 years, the average annual demand for dry-type transformers will reach 5040MVA, which is 2.52 times the annual output of dry-type transformers. In addition to power transformers, many special transformers have also begun to use dry-type transformers.
